4 Paws adoption process is simple. Once you find a dog you want to make a part of your family, you can simply click the "Adoption Form" button. This will take you straight to our form. Once you fill out the adoption form and submit it, it will be sent straight to us. From there we will review your application, conduct an in person or phone interview, and approve you. Our adoption fee is $160 for all dogs. This fee covers spay/neuter, all vaccines to include a rabies shot, and heartworm prevention.
