4Paws Mission Statement

4 Paws Rescue, Inc. is a not for-profit organization dedicated to the well being of stray, abandoned, and neglected dogs of Lincoln Parish. We strive to end euthanasia by requiring all adopted animals be spayed or neutered. We provide community education strongly advocating spaying and neutering, heartworm prevention and responsible pet ownership. Our mission is to make sure our rescued animals are placed in loving and caring homes. Until that time we offer these precious creatures love, shelter, and care. We are here for them "until they all have a home".

Animal Intake Information

Please contact us before bringing any dogs. Sometimes we are at max capacity so you would have to be put on a waiting list.

All intakes must first be approved by Director, Sue Martin. 4 Paws is a rescue, we rescue strays and neglected animals from the streets. We do not like to take in owner surrenders.

Our Hours of Operation are Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00am-5:00pm but if you are looking to adopt please come by between the hours of 11:00am-3:00pm and fill out an application by clicking the link below. We are closed Sunday & Monday.

Featured Ongoing Projects

Shelter Fundraiser

(goal $200,000)

Spay/Neuter Fund

(goal - ongoing)

Our Spay/Neuter fund is a yearly goal that we hope to raise to help our community with spaying and neutering their pets. By fixing your pets you will be saving lives and pets that are spayed or neutered may have less health issues due to being intact. So if you can, please help your community by donating!
